14-Night Glow Guarantee
Use LUMIS Ritual nightly for 14 consecutive nights. If you don't see a visible improvement in your skin's glow and texture, contact us within 7 days of completing the 14-night period for a refund.
How to request a refund:
Message us on WhatsApp at 0306-9697133 or email lumisritual@gmail.com with your order number and a brief note about your experience. We'll guide you through the return process.
Conditions:
The guarantee applies to first-time customers on their first bottle purchase
Product must have been used consistently as directed (2–3 drops nightly)
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of completing the 14-night trial
Shipping costs for returns are covered by the customer
Damaged or incorrect items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Processing time:
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method, or arranged directly for COD orders.
